Our record high is 120 degrees F, and our record low, -40 degrees F. That's a difference of 160 degrees F. When it's cold, I always look forward to the warmth and sunlight that summer has to offer. When it's hot, I can hardly wait for snow. Recently though, I've decided that I overall prefer the thermometer to inch closer to zero than100. Yup. Now that it's August, the harsh, bitter coldness of winter definitely trumps the stifling heat and humidity that summer offers. I'm missing the snow (for now). So I've found some lovely shiver-inducing pictures of glorious snow.
I wasn't aware that it's actually possible to see the snowflake's pattern .
Some hay bales we saw on a winter time drive.
Another attempt to see snowflakes up close
Cedar trees COVERED IN SNOW.
I think snow makes things look magical.
